Why we built Tooey.
We're a small team of university students building for independent restaurants.
We kept seeing the same thing. Someone looks at yesterday's tickets and guesses how much to prep.
Guess high and it hits food cost. Guess low and you run out mid-service. Chains have forecasting teams for this. Independent kitchens don't.
The POS already knew what sold. It never said how much to make tomorrow. So Tooey reads your sales and sends a count for each dish, every night.
