What we collect, why we collect it, and who sees it.
The contact form
When you write us from the site, we get your name, restaurant, email, phone if you add it, and your message. FormSubmit sends it to tooeyteam@gmail.com. We use it to reply. We don't sell it or use it for ads.
If you become a partner
Setup connects to your POS so we can pull item-level sales every night. We use that history to forecast for your restaurant and nothing else. We don't sell it, share it with other restaurants, or publish it.
If you later share recipes, inventory, or purchasing records, they stay with your restaurant. We use them only to help with your prep and purchasing.
Who can see it
The people on the Tooey team who build your forecast and answer your email. FormSubmit handles the contact form. Your POS company already holds your sales. We don't send your data anywhere else.
Getting data removed
Email tooeyteam@gmail.com. Ask us to delete your message, stop the nightly pull, or remove the sales we've stored, and we will.
